Matt Stephens is a Senior Social Development Specialist at the World Bank in Manila.  He has overseen the World Bank program on conflict, security and development in the Philippines since 2010.  He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne and has published on conflict resolution, Islamic law and justice sector reform.
