Dr. Yacob is the executive director of the Bangsamoro Development Agency. He finished his doctorate and graduate degrees, major in Public Administration in Cotabato City State Polytechnic College and Bachelor of Science in Shari’ah Law at International Islamic University in Madina al Munawwara, KSA. Prior to his current post, he worked as Shari’ah advisor of Al Amana Islamic Investment Bank in Makati and as Secretary-General of Hay’atul Ulama of the Philippines in Cotabato City.
