The event showcases the BangsaMoro Conflict Monitoring System (BCMS), which monitors incidences, causes and costs of rebellion, violence and crime in the Bangsamoro.
This system was developed to generate relevant information to aid both the private and public sectors in making more informed, data-driven decisions to facilitate trade and investment, more sound policy-making, and more effective development and peace-building approaches.
The BCMS is continuously being enhanced to aid the user in understanding the nature of conflict in the Bangsamoro through evidence-based data harvested through reports from the Philippine National Police.
This event was organized by the International Alert Philippines, the World Bank,
and AIM TeaM Energy Center for Bridging Leadership.
